1⁄4 oz Cynar
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Agave syrup
Instructions

Shake. Strain. Service in rocks glass rimmed with smoked salt and Aleppo chili.

  • I halved the agave and with that it was just about perfect. I think with the full half oz it would have been too sweet.

Following the comments, I think 1/4 oz agave was not quite enough although still a good drink, but 1/3 oz agave made it very accessible. A great mezcal forward drink.
