1⁄2 oz Sloe gin, Plymouth
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1⁄4 oz Grenadine (Homemade)
Instructions

Build. Shake. Strain.

Notes

You might want to up the lime juice to 3/4 for less sweetness but I like the fruity aspect of this spec.

  • Good, fruity. Made with 3/4 oz of lime juice - personally, I wouldn't have wanted it any sweeter than it was with that quantity. I did also use R&W apricot which might be sweeter than Bitter Truth.
