Double Haggis

2 oz Scotch, Monkey Shoulder (or similar)
3⁄4 oz Drambuie (or Glayva)
1 1⁄2 oz Apple cider
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
2 ds Orange bitters, Regans' orange bitters
Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a DOF glass containing a large chunk of ice.
