2 oz Speyside Scotch (Glen Moray Port Cask Finished)
1 oz Meyer lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Egg white
1⁄4 oz Tawny port (Porto Kopke)
3 Brandied cherry (as garnish)
Instructions

Dry shake all ingredients except port with a whipper ball. Add ice and shake till well chilled. Pour port over a large ice cube in a rocks glass, strain the shaker over the ice and garnish with brandied cherries.
