1 oz Rye
1 cube Brown sugar
1 bsp Soda water
1 rinse Absinthe
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)

Soak sugar cube with bitters and muddle into a paste with soda. Add spirits and ice, stir, and strain into a rocks class prepared with an absinthe rinse. Garnish.
