1 34 oz Bourbon, Bulleit
34 oz Dry vermouth
13 oz Fig syrup (Dried fig)
13 oz Grapefruit juice
3 ds Bitters, Angostura
STIR, strain, coupe. Garnish with 2 maraschino cherries on pick
Grapefruit and dry vermouth allow the drink to remain dry
On Holidays: I asked for a stirred drink. That's why i got. I thougth it was quiet original to introduce juice in a stirred drink. That was pretty good and well balanced for an improvised mixture.
