1 oz Blended Scotch, Famous Grouse
1 oz Rum, Flor de Caña Extra Dry
1⁄2 oz Cynar
1⁄2 oz Cardamaro
1 ds Orange bitters
1⁄4 oz Jamaican rum, Smith & Cross (as float)
1 twst Orange peel (flamed, as garnish)
Instructions
Stir all ingredients except Smith & Cross and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Float Smith & Cross on top and garnish with a flamed orange peel
