1 1⁄2 oz Light rum, Plantation 3 Star
1⁄2 oz Luxardo Bitter
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Cane syrup, Petite Canne
5 Grapes (red)
1 spl Overproof rum (for garnish; see instructions)
Muddle, shake, fine strain into a coupe, garnish with a thin orange peel wrapped around another grape, dipped in 151-proof rum, and set aflame, then extinguished in the drink.
