1 1⁄2 oz Light rum, Havana Club 3
1⁄4 oz Pisco, Barsol (acholado)
1⁄4 oz Gin, Tanqueray 10
3⁄4 oz Grapefruit juice
3⁄4 oz Pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Rich simple syrup 2:1
1 twst Grapefruit (coin)
2 oz Soda water
1 twst Grapefruit (discarded)
Instructions

Shake all ingredients bar soda water with ice, and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice. Top with the soda water, express and discard a grapefruit twist, and serve with a straw.
