3⁄4 oz Mastika
1⁄2 oz Curaçao
1 t Suze
1⁄4 t Kummel
1 twst Orange peel (expressed and discarded)

Stir, strain, up, twist, garnish with a curled carrot peel and a spritz of carrot eau de vie.
