Love Burns

2 oz Puerto Rican Rum, Don Q
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Simple syrup (Raw)
3⁄4 oz Chinato
1 oz Sparkling rosé wine
3 ds Grapefruit bitters, Bitter Truth Grapefruit
Instructions

Combine everything besides the champagne into mixing tin and shake. Fine strain into a collins glass and top with champagne. Garnish with Grapefruit twist
