5 dr Tea Pot Bitters, Dr Adam Elmegirab’s
1 twst Lemon peel
Stir over Ice, twist lemon peel, discard. No Garnish.
I was asked to make a Bijou that would "Rock me". Boozy & Balanced, perfect for Fall/Winter. Named after Lucy Bijou Hopgood, wife of Geoff Hopgood of Hopgood's Foodliner in Toronto, ON.
