3⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth, Carpano Classico (not Antica)
              3⁄4 oz Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
              5 dr Teapot Bitters, Dr Adam Elmegirab’s Teapot Bitters
              1 twst Lemon peel
          Instructions
    
          Stir over Ice, twist lemon peel, discard.
