|3⁄4||oz||Ginger liqueur, Thatcher's Apple Spice Ginger|
|1||Pickled pepper (as garnish)|
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a pickled pepper
Two or three peppers soaked in about 200mL of Everclear should infuse sufficiently in about 10-16 hours. Sample occasionally to ensure your infusion does not get too spicy. Strain and dilute with water to taste. Experiment with other peppers too!
