3⁄4 oz Pepper vodka (green serrano pepper infused)
3⁄4 oz Ginger liqueur, Thatcher's Apple Spice Ginger
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1 Pickled pepper (as garnish)
Instructions

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a pickled pepper

Notes

Two or three peppers soaked in about 200mL of Everclear should infuse sufficiently in about 10-16 hours. Sample occasionally to ensure your infusion does not get too spicy. Strain and dilute with water to taste. Experiment with other peppers too!
