1⁄4 oz Honey syrup (2:1)
2 ds Lemon bitters (Sun Liquor)
Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with lemon oil and drop the peel in.

  • Good - a bit sweet with Giffard Rhubarb Liqueur (even with 1:1 honey syrup.) I might cut / eliminate the syrup if using Giffard.
