              3⁄4 oz Batavia Arrack, Van Oosten
              1⁄2 oz Aperol
              1 t Don's Mix, B.G. Reynolds
              
              2 ds Bitters, Amargo Chuncho
              1 twst Grapefruit peel (expressed and discarded)
          Instructions
    
          Stir, strain over one large cube in a rocks glass, express and discard grapefruit peel.
