1 1⁄2 oz Gin, Beefeater (strawberry infused)
1⁄2 oz Campari
1⁄2 oz Zucca
3⁄4 oz Aromatized wine, Cocchi Americano Rosa

Stir, strain into old fashioned glass with a large cube or sphere. Garnish with an expressed orange swath.


For the strawberry gin, sous vide one quart of sliced strawberries with the contents of a 750ml bottle of Beefeater gin at 135 degrees for 2 hours. Or infuse ingredients in a glass bottle for 3 days.
