Rite of Spring

1 1⁄2 oz Old Tom Gin, Tanqueray Old Tom
1⁄2 oz Suze
1⁄2 oz Aromatized wine, Cocchi Americano
1⁄4 oz Bitters, Fee Brothers Rhubarb
1⁄4 oz Bitters, Brooklyn Hemispherical Bitters Rhubarb
1 twst Grapefruit peel
Instructions

Stir, strain into an old fashioned glass with a large cube/sphere. Garnish with a grapefruit peel, expressed.

Notes

For something a bit sweeter and less bitter, add 1/4 oz creme de pamplemousse liqueur.

History
