2 oz Rye, Rittenhouse
3⁄4 oz Amaro, Cappelletti Sfumato Rabarbaro
1⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
2 ds Orange bitters
1⁄2 oz Club soda
1 twst Grapefruit peel
Instructions

Shake, strain into rocks glass. Top off with club soda (optional). Grapefruit peel garnish.
