2 oz Applejack
1⁄4 oz Islay Scotch, Laphroaig
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Grade B maple syrup
6 dr Orange cream citrate, Bittermens
1 pn Kosher Salt (Garnish)
Instructions
Rinse chilled coupe with Laphroaig. Shake, strain, chilled coupe, garnish salt over drink.
