1 oz Jamaican rum
3⁄4 oz Palo Cortado Sherry
3⁄4 oz Ginger-Honey Syrup
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1 ds Bitters, Bitter Truth Aromatic (As garnish)
1 spg Mint (as garnish)
Instructions
Lightly shake or stir to combine, strain into a julep cup, top with crushed ice, garnish with slapped mint, dash bitters directly onto mint and insert straws in mint.
