2 oz Pimm's No. 1 Cup
1⁄2 oz Crème de mure
1⁄2 oz Cynar
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1 ds Celery bitters, Fee Brothers
Instructions

Shake, double strain into Collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with celery strip and blackberry.

Pretty good balance between bitter, sweet and sour. I feel like the Pimm's is a bit lost though, could easily be a 4 with a bit of tinkering
