1 1⁄2 oz Gin (Freeland Spirits Forest Gin)
3⁄4 oz Herbal liqueur (Cascadia Liqueur)
3⁄8 oz Aromatized wine, Cocchi Americano
3⁄8 oz Bianco Vermouth, Dolin
1 bsp Genepy, Dolin Genepy des Alpes
Instructions
Stir with ice, strain. Add large ice cube and sprig of Douglas Fir.
Notes
The two main ingredients are produced in Portland, OR, so the cocktail name is derived from a local historic attraction, the Timberline Lodge on Mount Hood.
