3⁄4 oz Cardamaro
1⁄2 oz Aperol
1 sli Orange peel
3 ds Bitters, 5 by 5 Aromatic
Build over crushed ice in a wine glass. Gently stir, top off with crushed ice and garnish with an orange peel
