1 1⁄2 oz Gold rum, Appleton Special
3⁄4 oz Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
1⁄4 oz Blue Curaçao, Senior Curaçao
1⁄2 oz Orange juice
1⁄2 oz Orgeat
Instructions

Shake, pour without straining into a footed Pilsner, tulip, or hurricane glass, garnish with a brandied cherry and a sprig of mint.

Just an FYI: The Appleton Special line was rebranded as Kingston 62 in 2020 in case anyone wants to stick to the brand specifically called out in the recipe.


Tasty drink. The chartreuse really is front and center in the taste profile, but the other elements play nicely in the background supporting the chartreuse. I made it using Appleton Signature and OFTD.
