3⁄4 oz Aperol
1⁄2 oz Dry vermouth
1⁄2 oz Pear liqueur, St. George
2 ds Grapefruit bitters
1 twst Lemon peel (discarded)
Instructions

Stir, strain, cocktail glass, express peel then discard.
