Autumn Sour

1 3⁄4 oz Apple brandy
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Maple syrup
1⁄4 oz Allspice Dram
6 ds Bitters, Angostura
1 Egg white
Instructions

Dry shake 30s without ice, then add ice and shake again. Strain up, add a few more drops of bitters to the foam.
