1 oz Rum (Beenleigh White Rum)
              3⁄4 oz Warm spice liqueur, Sukkah Hill Besamim
              1⁄2 oz Aromatized wine, Cocchi Americano
              1⁄2 oz Dry sherry
              3⁄4 oz Grapefruit juice (Texas Ruby Red)
          Instructions
    
          Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.
Notes
    
          I prefer that the Sukkah Hill Besamim predominate.
