1 oz Rum, Flor de Caña
1 oz Canadian whisky, Crown Royal
1 oz Averna
1 twst Grapefruit peel (as garnish)
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions
Stir with ice. Strain into chilled coupe. Zest with Grapefruit and lemon peel. If you have large cubes of ice, you can also serve it over one large cube in a double old fashioned glass.
