1 1⁄2 oz Bermuda rum, Gosling's Black Seal
3⁄4 oz Orange juice
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Demerara syrup
3 bsp Fig preserves (Heaping)
3 ds Balsamic Vinegar (coffee infused, see note)
1 twst Orange peel (as garnish)
Instructions
Shake well, strain over ice in rocks glass, orange twist.
Notes
Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
Bring to simmer, 1 pint balsamic, 1/2 cup espresso beans & 5 allspice berries. Let cool, strain and bottle in dasher bottle. Refrigerate remainder.
