With All Due Respect

3⁄4 oz Oloroso sherry, Lustau
1⁄4 oz Amontillado Sherry, Lustau Dry Amontillado
1 1⁄2 oz Blended Scotch (I used Compass Box Orchard House)
1 1⁄2 oz Apricot liqueur, Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot
1⁄2 oz Amaro Montenegro
Instructions

Stir over ice; strain into frozen coupe glass, garnish with an orange peel.

Notes

The dryness of the sherry really balances the apricot liqueur so don't shy away from this if, like me, you don't like oversweet cocktails.
