1 1⁄2 oz Reposado Tequila
1⁄2 oz Añejo rum
1⁄4 oz Aperol
1⁄4 oz Lemon juice
2 T Jam (Tomato jam)
2 ds Bitters (Chipotle bitters)
Instructions
Shake all ingredients over ice, double strain in chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry tomato
