1 oz Jamaican rum, Hamilton Jamaican Black
3⁄4 oz Simple syrup (Banana syrup, see note)
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1 sli Banana (chip, as garnish)
Shake, strain, garnish.
To make the banana syrup, take 2 mashed bananas, 2/3 cup water and 1 2/3 cup unrefinted cane sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Strain to remove solids.
