2 oz Apple brandy
1⁄2 oz Campari
1⁄2 oz Aperol
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
2 oz Ginger beer, Barritt's
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions
Shake first 4 ingredients with ice, strain into ice-filled highball glass, top with ginger beer, stir gently, garnish.
