Of the Older Fashioned

1⁄4 oz Simple syrup (muscovado syrup)

2 ds Bitters, Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla

Instructions

Stir with ice until chilled, then strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a fat grapefruit peel.

Notes

2 dashes = 1 eyedropper. In the original recipe, all three bitters here are replaced by a mixture of the three called "Trinity Bitters", which is 2 parts Cherry Bark Vanilla, 1 part Orange and 1 part Bolivar bitters.
