1 1⁄2 oz Rye
1 oz Apple brandy (or Calvados)
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Simple syrup
4 ds Bitters, Dandelion & Burdock (Adam Elmegirab's)
2 oz Club soda (to top)
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions
Shake for 30 seconds (until shaker is frosty), strain into a rocks glass, top with club soda.
Notes
Can sub Angostura for the Dandelion & Burdock bitters.
