Bitter Marty

2 oz Gin, Caorunn
3⁄4 oz Dry vermouth, Carpano
1⁄2 oz Salers Gentiane
1⁄4 oz Absinthe, Absente
2 ds Cardamom bitters
1 twst Lemon peel
Instructions

Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into coupe or martini glass.

Notes

Orange bitters instead of cardamom bitters knocks down the bitterness if you like.
