1 oz Applejack, Lairds
1 oz Bourbon
1⁄4 oz Allspice Dram, St Elizabeth
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄4 oz Rich demerara syrup 2:1
1 ds Bitters, Angostura
Instructions

Combine ingredients in tin and shake. Double strain to nick and nora glass. Garnish dehydrated lime wheel or dehydrated apple slice
