1 oz Cardamaro
1⁄2 oz Orange juice
1 pn Salt (Black Volcanic Rock Salt)
Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.

History

The inspiration for this cocktail: Saint Agur, a spectacular Double Cream Blue Cheese from France. Lots of "spicy."

    A bit on the sour side however perfect for the sweetness of the amaretto and apricot brandy. The first sip was Oh that is nice. Suggest 1/2 oz of lemon juice.
