  • Went with bar spoon of Allspice Dram. Go skosh on lemon juice to allow mezcal and Allspice to come through.
  • Tasty, but would make again with 1/8 oz allspice dram, as it tends to bully the other flavors - i.e. I couldn't really distinguish the pear
