1 oz rye whiskey, preferably Wild Turkey 101
1 oz amontillado sherry
1 oz pineapple juice
3/4 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
soda water, to top

Shake, strain over ice, top with soda
