1 1⁄2 oz Añejo rum, El Dorado 12 (A VSOP Rhum Agricole is great, too)
3⁄4 oz Bianco Vermouth, Dolin
3⁄4 oz Cynar
Instructions
Stir with ice, strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish (or an orange twist).
