1 12 oz Añejo rum, El Dorado 12 (A VSOP Rhum Agricole is great, too)
34 oz Bianco Vermouth, Dolin
34 oz Cynar
Instructions
Stir with ice, strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish (or an orange twist).
Notes
Jason Wilson suggests an aged rhum agricole instead of the El Dorado 12, which also works great
