2 oz Gin
1⁄2 oz Cassis
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup

All ingredients into a shaker with lots of ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass.


Personally: I put a Maraschino cherry into the glass as a garnish.

Gorgeous. Lands on a sweet tang and not an inch over. Dangerous territory but five stars.

Little too sweet for me. Will try to reduce/remove syrop.
