Cherry Herring No. 2

1 oz Kirschwasser, Schladerer
1 oz Sweet vermouth, Cocchi
1⁄2 oz Pear liqueur, Mathilde
2 ds Bitters, Fee Brothers Cherry
1 oz Prosecco
Instructions

Stir the first four ingredients and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with the prosecco.
