3⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth, Carpano Punt e Mes
1⁄3 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
1⁄3 oz Coffee liqueur, St. George
1 t Cherry Liqueur, Cherry Heering
1 rinse Absinthe
1 twst Lemon peel
Instructions

Stir, strain into absinthe rinsed glass, express lemon peel and drop in

Solid 3. I made with Cocchi Doppo di Teatro, which is a little sweeter than Punt a Mes and probably should have put a barspoon of zucca or something else to match bitterness. Definitely worth a try.
