Whiskey sour update.
2 oz Tennessee whiskey, George Dickel no. 12
34 oz Lemon juice
12 oz Orgeat (VOLT recipe, may use commercial brand)
14 oz Grade A dark amber maple syrup
2 ds Bitters, Fee Brothers Black Walnut
1 lf Sage (toast lightly with match)
12 oz Egg white
Add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake without ice. Add ice and shake. Double strain into cocktail coupe. Lightly toast sage with a match, slap, and drop on top of cocktail as garnish.
