3⁄4 oz Aperol
1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
4 ds Bitters, Angostura (Go heavy)
Instructions

Combine ingredients and shake.

Notes

Refreshing. Perfect for a hot day. You'd swear it's made with grapefruit. Careful, they go down too easily
