Smokin' Barrel

This is a spin on the classic Vieux Carré, swapping out the Rye and Cognac with smokey Blanco Tequilla and Islay Scotch Whisky.
1 oz Tequila, Ocho Blanco
1 oz Islay Scotch, Laphroaig Quarter Cask
1 oz Sweet vermouth, Martini & Rossi
1 bsp Bénédictine
2 ds Bitters, Angostura
Instructions
Stir 30 - 35 times. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Grate nutmeg on top for garnish
