Spanish Harlem (bourbon)

3 oz Bourbon, Maker's Mark
3 ds Bitters, Angostura
1 oz Pedro Ximénez Sherry
1⁄4 oz Cherry juice (Juice from jar of maraschino cherries)
1 Maraschino cherry (Never 2 maraschino cherries)
Instructions

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add bourbon, then bitters, sherry and cherry juice. Stir vigorously. Strain into martini glass and garnish.

Corrido Tequila has a cocktail with the same name that has a tequila base.
