2 oz Cognac VSOP
1⁄2 oz Dry vermouth, Dolin
1⁄2 oz Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse

Stir with ice.
Strain into chilled coupe.
Garnish with lemon peel.


Dry less oaked cognacs work better
(will try armagnacs too)
