1 oz Old Tom Gin, Ransom
34 oz Sweet vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula
12 oz Campari
12 oz Rye, Rittenhouse
12 oz Bonal Gentiane Quina
14 oz Suze
14 oz Cynar
4 ds Orange bitters
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube of ice. Garnish with a whole, charred habanero

This is a wonderful, full- flavored drink--even without the charred habanero. For the orange bitters, I used Fee Bros.' gin barrel-aged orange bitters. I rated the "Baboso" at 4.5. With the charred habanero, it might have been a 5.0! 

Given all of the ingredients, perhaps a better name for this libation is "Mulligan stew."
